The Swindon Down’s Syndrome Group are always looking at ways we can continue to help and support our members. With thanks to funding from the National Lottery we are pleased to be able to offer Adult Speech and Language Therapy to members of the Swindon Down’s Syndrome Group.
Prior to the start of therapy sessions we require you to complete the registration form below. On submission of the form, we will be in touch with you to confirm your place. Speech and language therapy will be provided on a fortnightly basis, and is only available online. Our therapy provider uses their own custom built platform so no additional software is required, only an internet connection, microphone and speaker. We are asking for a £10 contribution* to the cost of each therapy session.
You will be required to agree to these terms before any therapy can begin. Please read our Adult Speech and Language Therapy policy. I understand that by completing the registration form below I am agreeing to these terms.
*If due to your financial circumstances you are not able to make this contribution you can apply to be considered for a special bursary to support you. Please contact chair@swindondownsgroup.org.uk for further information.
